It is the responsibility of Franklin Foundation Hospital to provide quality healthcare services which meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our patients and other customers in an environment of dignity and respect. If we have not met your healthcare needs, we encourage you to speak with a member of your healthcare team. The procedure for submission of a written or verbal grievance to the hospital is as follows:

State concern to staff present; or,

Submit written or verbal statement to the Nursing Supervisor or the Administrator on call.

Receive follow-up from Nursing Supervisor or the Administrator on call within 72 hours.

You can also request a review by a Peer Review Organization (PRO) for a concern regarding quality of care or premature discharge:
